There are so many people who realize that they must lose weight for health reasons that the weight loss industry is booming. Even when most of the economy is suffering the number of people looking for the magical weight loss formula the companies who market weight loss solutions, pills, potions and lotions are doing well. That being said all programs do not lead to “healthy” weight loss if they help you lose weight at all. They is simple and the formula has not changed.

This is the formula and it has not changed since the beginning of time. Yes their are additional things we all must do but these are the 3 main ingredients to the magic formula. If anyone or any program suggest otherwise I would look else where for nutritional and health advice.
Additional Ingredients for “The Formula”
Not only do we need to eat a nutritious diet, exercise regularly and take nutritional supplements, we must add the following ingredients to make the healthy weight loss formula complete.
Drink Plenty of water daily. Half of your weight in ounces (if you weigh 150 lbs drink 75 ozs) is recommended.
Sleep, Sleep, Sleep. Eight hours is recommended.
Fresh Air. We need oxygen. Fresh air provides oxygen and much more.
Sunlight. The sun rejuvenates us and helps our bodies produce Vitamin D and more.
